Welcome to JobMonster. These Terms and Conditions of Use ('Terms') govern access to and use of our platform and related services offered by Digicorp S.r.l.. By accessing or using JobMonster, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, please do not use our services.

Service Use and User Obligations

Users agree to use the platform in compliance with the law, public order, and good morals. It is strictly prohibited to: (1) Provide false, incomplete, or misleading information; (2) Violate intellectual property rights, privacy, or other third-party rights; (3) Distribute offensive, discriminatory, defamatory, or illegal content; (4) Attempt unauthorized access to computer systems or interfere with site operations; (5) Use automated systems (bots, scrapers) without written authorization. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts in case of violation.

Limitation of Liability

JobMonster acts as a technological intermediary between candidates and companies. While we strive to verify the reliability of ads and users, we do not guarantee the truthfulness, accuracy, or validity of job offers or candidate profiles. Digicorp S.r.l. is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from platform use, service interruptions, or contractual relationships formed between users. The service is provided 'as is' and 'as available'.

User Data Deletion (Facebook & Social Login)

In compliance with Facebook policies and other social login platforms, users have the right to request the deletion of their data. If you logged in via Facebook or other social networks, you can request data deletion by following these steps: (1) Log in to your JobMonster account and go to Settings; (2) Click on 'Delete Account' to permanently remove your data from our systems; (3) Alternatively, if you no longer have access, send an email to [email protected] with the subject 'Facebook Data Deletion Request' indicating the email associated with the account. We will proceed to delete your data within 30 days.
