We enable gyms, coaches, and enterprise partners worldwide to integrate structured HYROX training into their offerings through scalable digital products, standardized training concepts, and global brand power.\nAs our Global Sales Support & Operations Manager (m/w/d), you act as the engine room of our global sales organization. You are the key enabler who ensures our Regional Sales Managers can sell efficiently—from standardized SMB deals to complex Enterprise cycles. You bridge the gap between product strategy and sales execution, ensuring our team is ready to sell quickly, consistently, and with confidence.\nYOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES\n-
Sales & Product Enablement\n- Content Creation: Design and maintain high-impact sales assets (pitch decks, one-pagers, pricing overviews, FAQs, playbooks).\n- Success Stories: Collaborate with Regional Managers to identify and document customer case studies that prove measurable outcomes.\n- Proof Points: Translate success stories into compelling sales arguments tailored for different markets and segments.\n- Go-to-Market: Support the rollout of new products and pricing models by ensuring the sales team has the right materials and training.\n-
CRM Ownership & Sales Operations (Pipedrive)\n-
System Owner: Own and optimize the global Pipedrive instance (pipelines, stages, fields, automations).\n-
Process Design: Build scalable workflows for distinct sales motions:\n* _SMB:_ Highly automated & efficiency-driven.
- _Enterprise:_ High-touch, complex & long-cycle.\n-
Data Integrity: Ensure high adoption rates and consistent data quality across all global regions.\n-
Reporting & Forecasting\n- Dashboards: Build and maintain global/regional views on pipeline health, conversion rates, and deal velocity.\n- Insights: Provide reliable data foundations to support Sales Leadership in forecasting and strategic decision-making.\n-
