(Senior) Marketing Artist (m/f/x)

Your mission

Join us as a (Senior) Marketing Artist at the intersection of creativity and performance. You’ll lead the creation of mobile-first assets, shape and test new creative concepts, and optimize creatives together with UA teams to drive growth at scale. In this role you will

• Design and produce high-quality, mobile-optimized visual assets, including app icons, screenshots, promotional banners, videos, and other marketing materials.

• Organize in-house shootings to create compelling marketing content.

• Collaborate closely with User Acquisition Managers to create new concepts to find new ways to market our brands.

• Conduct market research and stay up-to-date with trends to identify best practices and inspire creative ideas.

• Work effectively with others, contributing innovative and creative ideas to the team.

• Analyze the performance of marketing assets and iterate based on data-driven insights to continuously optimize creative output.

Your profile

• 4–5 years of relevant experience in graphic design, digital art, or a related field, specifically within mobile marketing or the mobile gaming industry.

• Strong portfolio showcasing your projects and demonstrating your experience in the field.

• Technical experience in composing marketing creatives in line with briefings.

• Solid understanding of the Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, AfterEffects) and experience with motion graphics and video editing.

• Ability to create 3D animated scenes, take renders, add animations or effects, and export videos for publishing with After Effects.

• Capability to drive conclusions out of creative performance and take learnings based on performance data for future creative productions.

• Experience managing the entire process of publishing gameplay videos, from recording to editing and exporting.

• Experience in creating playable ads is a plus.

• Strong Communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team.
