(Senior) Controller (m/f/x)

THE ROLE

We are looking for an experienced Controller (m/f/x) to join our finance team and play a key role in financial planning, analysis, and reporting. In this position, you will ensure transparency in financial performance, support strategic decision-making, and contribute to process optimization.

• Preparation of budget, forecast, and actual vs. target analyses

• Further development of controlling reports and KPI management

• Preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual reports

• Analysis of variances and derivation of action recommendations

• Participation in strategic projects and process optimizations

• Preparation of actual vs. target comparisons, variance analyses, and ad-hoc evaluations

• Establishment and maintenance of an internal control system (ICS)

YOUR PROFILE

• Completed degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a comparable field

• Several years of experience in controlling, ideally within an IT environment

• Confident handling of ERP systems (SAP, MS Dynamics) and BI tools

• Strong analytical skills and high affinity for numbers

• Excellent communication skills and a proactive working style\n
