Keep reading.\nAbout This Role:\nWe are looking for an Account Manager (m/f/x) - German Speaker to join our Account Management team in Berlin or Munich. At Atolls, your role will be instrumental in helping us to grow our German Market for the Publisher Verticals Cashback, Community and Voucher, creating exceptional user experiences and empowering consumers to make informed and confident shopping decisions.   • A cloud-based company setup, providing flexibility and collaboration opportunities no matter where you are.\n*These are global benefits that apply to all employees, with additional local perks based on your location.\nResponsibilities:\nIn this role, you will:\n- Develop and negotiate long-term agreements with your clients.\n- Collaborate and build close cooperation with your retailers to understand their business goals.\n- Provide strategic guidance based on data analysis to optimize partner campaigns.\n- Identify opportunities for solution expansions and new campaigns.\n- Represent and act as the face of the company in negotiations, events and conferences.\n- Educate partners on the use of the company's solutions and new features.\n- Regularly assess partner performance against goals and continuously monitor and report on campaign performance.\n- Maintain open and regular communication with partners and address any challenges promptly and effectively.\n- Share updates on the progress and communicate planned commercial strategies for your dedicated account portfolio to your vertical lead.\n- Take charge of specific champion roles in the team to support the team\nYour Profile:\n- At least 2 years of experience in account management.\n- Fluent in German and English.\n- Experience in affiliate marketing is desirable.\n- Strong negotiation skills to secure beneficial long-term partnerships.\n- Extremely Organised, Adaptable, and used to work in a fast-paced environment.\n- Able to manage your portfolio and the relationships built within it efficiently and effectively.\n- Forward-thinking, Open mindset and ability to build long-term strategies.\n- Proficient in reading and interpreting data to extract insights for building compelling pitches and proposals\nOur hiring process:\n- TA Call: Meet one of our Talent Experts and get to know Atolls better.\n- Technical Round: Focus on the technical aspects of the role (Through a Live Case), and meet your potential manager.\n- Final Round: Meet other Atollians 🏝️
