Your responsibilities

As an International Recruitment Consultant, you will find the best candidates for our clients. Hence, you would be responsible for CVs screening, sourcing, interviewing candidates, accompanying them during the selection process by preparing them through all the steps and strengthening the relationship with the candidates throughout the projects. The recruitment life cycle will not end when the candidate would be employed by one of our client companies, but it is when the START button should be pushed!

Investing time with your specialists and building strong relationships with them has a great positive impact on their recruitment process’s experience and in addition it would be relevant to proactively meet their needs and clarify any concerns.

Moreover, as soon as the project will come to an end, we will be ready to introduce our specialist to another interesting project, where his/hers competencies would have the opportunity to boost. That is why, building relationships is fundamental.

What we will expect from you

• You have a Bachelor degree

• You are native German and fluently English speaking

• You have at least 2 years of recruiting experience

• You conduct Linkedin searches every day and really know your way around online

• You have good communication skills, which you use when dealing with potential candidates
